Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong knowledge of formal correspondence and document filing systems
Ability to prepare and maintain official documentation and reports
Experience in obtaining and renewing organizational licenses and certifications
Familiarity with tender documentation processes (preferred)
General understanding of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence concepts
Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with external organizations

Plan, coordinate, and organize administrative activities
Manage official correspondence and documentation
Schedule meetings and manage executive calendars
Follow up on company licenses and certifications
Assist in preparing tender documentation
Handle internal administrative tasks and petty cash management

Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
