Job Description

Our growing company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Developer. As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing applications; and configuring, extending, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to meet our specific needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business workflows.
  • Design and implement new workflows.
  • Document implemented workflows.
  • Dynamics CRM 365 solutions design and customizations.
  • Test implemented solutions and assess their usability.
  • Suggest innovative solutions to improve processes.
  • Create reports and dashboards based on complex mathematical calculations.
  • Create reports and design management dashboards based on received requirements.
  • Participate in the installation, development, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
  • Participate in testing processes.
  • Identify the training needs, and train users, and people under management.

Requirements

  • Full knowledge of BPMN.
  • Mastery of Plugin and Custom Workflow Development.
  • Experience in leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities for MS Dynamics CRM using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in related technologies such as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 SDK and MS Dynamics plugin development.
  • Advanced in PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and T-SQL.
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, and WCF.
  • Advanced in JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in the use of Web APIs.
  • Proficiency in PHP.
  • Familiar with ITIL.
  • Familiar with project management software and project scheduling.
  • Familiar with the SCRUM framework.
  • Familiarity with KPI, and OKR.

  • Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
