Job Description

● Responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through field-based selling activities, including cultivating business partnerships with key decision-makers, product in-services, and driving market share and sales growth. Targets customers by selling and servicing Coloplast's portfolio of Wound Care product lines. ● Meet or exceed selling targets by engaging all targeted accounts and developing and executing a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives. ● Ensure timely advancement of the sale process with all targeted accounts achieving/exceeding the annual minimum required contract commitments. ● Plan and document daily call routine to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts given sales time allocation, sales potential, geographical location, development of sales process, and utilize the CRM tool for the management of information, including expense management. ● Execute Account Specific Action Plans (ASAP). ● Develop and maintain long-term relationships that lead to increased use of products within target accounts. ● Provide feedback and requests to Marketing or the organization to adapt tools/strategies to the market demand.

Requirements

● High attention to detail and follow through. ● Result-oriented. ● Demonstrates sales behavior. ● Exceptional listening skills. ● At least 3 years of demonstrated successful sales experience (medical field is strongly preferred). ● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. ● Business and clinical knowledge. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Demonstrate effective time and territory management skills, administrative capabilities, and effective written and oral communication capabilities.
