● Work out the plan for his/her own activities together with the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.
● Define the territories for the company's activities in the region of his/her responsibility.
● Bear responsibility for completion of monthly, quarterly and annual targets in his/her territory.
● Responsible for correct categorization of doctors and pharmacies according to the required criteria.
● Announce and support marketing events and presentations.
● Provide regular reporting on work done, database on doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and effectively uses these in everyday work to increase his/her own effectiveness.
● Pay special attention to planning and reporting, provides a plan for the next week every first day of the week.
● Bear personal responsibility for all the work documentation, its regular update, and safety.
● Fill in the data via synchronization with CRM on daily basis (Maris Software).
● Regular visits of doctors and pharmacies to monitor product availability and movement.
● Manage sales promotion of assigned products.
● Deal with opinion leaders and get market feedback.
● Solve any problems with doctors and pharmacists within his area.
Requirements
● At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
● Related university education, e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, Medicine, etc.
● For male candidates, military service is done or exempted.
● Is able to adapt quickly to changing situations.
● Fluent in MS Office.
● Selling skills, marketing concepts, negotiating skills, systematic thinking, result-oriented.
● Basic knowledge of medicine.
