Job Description

  • Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients, which include doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Present the company's products to potential and existing customers and encourage them to buy.
  • Identify customer needs and propose company products that best meet these needs.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
  • Arrange mornings and group events for medical professionals.
  • Regular attendance at industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and workshops.
  • Research competitors' products, pricing, and market success.
  • Fast delivery of purchase orders to the relevant department.
  • Prepare sales reports as well as analyze the area and present them to the management.

Requirements

  • Having a diploma or higher in marketing, communication, medical office management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience in sales and scientific representation of complementary medicine, skin and hair products
  • Thorough knowledge of medical terms and laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and consulting skills in sales.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
