Team Leader
● Manage and supervise a team of representatives.
● Organize and coordinate medical representatives’ schedules.
● Plan and build effective business relationships and regular visits with health care partners, doctors, customers, and distribution.
● Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
● Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly medical representative performance and sales metrics.
● Design and develop monthly plans for his/her team in line with company targets and consider feedback reports from the market.
● Create added value in the performance of the medical representative in relation to health centers and pharmacies.
● Plan and organize sales and marketing activities based on the budget.
● Responsible for reaching the company sales and marketing targets.
● Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
● Support product strategies by providing information based on field experiences.
● Create sales strategies based on the market needs.
● Provide a useful solution to advance the company's goals.
● Maintain constructive relationships with key customers.
● Organize and coordinate medical representative monthly missions.
● Prepare mission quarter plan according to sales, event, and train.
● Keep informed about the activities of health care professionals and organizations in a specific area and main competitors' activities.
Requirements
● At least 3 years of proven experience as a team leader in the pharmaceutical industry.
● At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably, in Medical Science.
● Strong connections with distributors, key account pharmacies, and physicians.
● Familiar with key pharmacies.
● Good command of computer knowledge and English
● Product knowledge and market understanding.
● No restrictions for travel if needed.
● Active and motivated, willing to work out of the office.
● Innovative and independent person.
● Problem-solving skills and a vision to create value and customer satisfaction.
● Excellent communication skills, team player, and result-oriented.
● Ability to acquire and maintain appropriate scientific and medical product knowledge.
● Good negotiation and communication skills.
● Good interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
● Proficiency with MS Office, including advanced Excel is required.
● Ideal age range: 30 to 45 years old.
