● Responsible for enabling scientific dialogue with health care professionals based on marketing portfolio strategy.
● Play a key role in almost all medical affairs and clinical trial tasks.
● Be in close contact with the sales team and participate in training DSMs and medical reps.
● Provide medical input to be used to generate educational/promotional material.
● Medically present the company products in the field /events and webinars as a speaker.
● Demonstrate a strategic approach to implementing scientific communication programs on disease areas and treatments.
● Contribute to strategic planning for product commercialization.
● Provide expert medical/scientific advice for assigned products and related therapeutic areas.
● Establish and maintain professional and credible relationships with KOLs/external experts and academic centers; this will involve participating in scientific congresses, coordinating advisory boards, round-table meetings, etc.
● Screen relevant literature and other information from relevant scientific societies' meetings and conferences and develop key messages for use within the company.
● Provide advice and answers to scientific questions posed by the sales team.
Requirements
● Pharmacist or Medical Doctor.
● At least 3 years of experience in medical affairs (especially in pharmaceutical companies).
● Good knowledge of the assigned therapeutic areas.
● Excellent presentation skills.
● Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Good command of written and spoken English (fluency in English is highly desirable).
● Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and strategies.
