Job Description
● Responsible to develop, manage, lead and enhance the sustainable, profitable growth of the designated brand and products portfolio, encompassing both existing and new product development by proactively planning, developing, and implementing structured, coordinated, strategic, and tactical plans in line with company’s overall goals and objectives through brand building, consumer/shopper insight, innovation, renovation, cost optimization, superior product profile, advertising (offline and online), media investments, and channel and category development.
● Accountable to achieve company targets in terms of market share, volume, and profit growth. Identifies new market segment opportunities and leads the organization through new product launches.
