● Recommend and execute marketing research including competitive benchmarking, and analyze campaign, and event effectiveness used to inform decisions regarding strategic marketing direction, product segmentation, and customer targeting.
● Recommend and execute marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
● Assist Manage marketing programs to meet business objectives.
● Implement integrated marketing communications and brand strategy, across a variety of channels (online and offline).
● Oversee design and production of marketing materials from inception to deployment like POSM and etc.
● Assess market opportunities and track market trends and recommend marketing improvements based on findings.
● Plan and recommend all digital marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns.
● Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
● Manage marketing research, advertising, and creative agencies on specific projects.
● Oversee interns and other contingent staff; and provide staff training.
● Plan and execute events to support marketing objectives.
● Daily reports to the general marketing manager.
● Do other duties as assigned.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Masters’s degree in related fields.
● Excellent written communication, computer, and reporting skills.
● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.
● Ability to think progressively and innovatively, and challenge status thinking.
● Strong creativity, analytical skills, and data-driven thinking.
● Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns.
