Avat Energy, active in the design, supply, and execution (EPC) of small-scale power generation projects and Cummins diesel generators, is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy, strengthening the brand’s position in the specialized energy market, and leading the demand generation cycle in full alignment with the sales team.
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven professional who—with a deep understanding of the long, enterprise sales cycle—can manage targeted campaigns, produce technical content tailored to industrial decision-makers, and analyze performance against B2B metrics within the company’s integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing and branding strategy
• Lead the lead generation & nurturing cycle and ensure alignment with the sales team
• Manage targeted digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing)
• Produce and oversee technical, specialized content for industrial audiences
• Analyze the market, competitors, and energy industry trends
• Deliver data-driven management reporting (KPI / ROI) within the CRM and integrated systems
• Budget for and lead the marketing team
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in industrial or technical/engineering B2B marketing (a strong plus: energy sector, industrial equipment, or EPC projects)
• Deep understanding of the long-term, enterprise sales cycle
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Lead Scoring / MQL / SQL concepts
• Strong skills in data analysis, strategic thinking, and evidence-based decision-making
• Team management and leadership experience
• English proficiency sufficient for specialized resources and correspondence
• Relevant degree (Business Administration, Marketing, MBA, or Engineering)
Specialized Skills:
• CRM management and the B2B lead lifecycle
• Marketing Automation and designing lead-nurturing campaigns
• Data analysis and reporting (GA4, Looker Studio / Power BI, advanced Excel)
• SEO and specialized B2B content + targeted advertising
• Command of B2B metrics (CAC, LTV, Win Rate, Sales Cycle)
