Job Description

● Create and manage the marketing budget and ensure it corresponds with marketing objectives and management measures. ● Devise a comprehensive and detailed marketing plan. ● Manage promotional and marketing opportunities to promote brand awareness in the market. ● Establish and implement an integrated marketing strategy for dealers. ● Create dealer loyalty programs. ● Improve customer experience and ensure customer feedback is accurately captured. ● Coordinate and produce written materials (like emails, press releases, presentations, social media, website, and newsletter copy) for different audiences. ● Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media (Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, etc.). ● Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications. ● Manage promotions and analyze previous marketing activities to influence future initiatives. ● Plan, implement and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). ● Manage the marketing database and optimize its utilization. ● Take charge of all advertising activities. ● Manage the production of merchandising material and equipment required for marketing projects. ● Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. ● Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. ● Track competitor promotion and product introduction in the market. ● Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. ● Organize and manage events such as seminars, races, exhibitions, etc.

Requirements

● At least 7 years of professional experience in a related field which 3 years acting as a marketing manager. ● Professional experience in the development, implementation, and management of marketing processes. ● Strong digital marketing skills. ● A good background in business. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, or an MBA graduate. ● Good team-building skills. ● Knowledge of customer experience analysis. ● Ability to work under pressure and good flexibility. ● Excellent communication, social, and presentation skills. ● Proven work experience in digital marketing, including display advertising, SEO/SEM, and social media. ● Fluency in English. ● Good knowledge of Photoshop is preferred. ● Good IT programming skills. ● Fluent in MS Office, especially Word and Excel. ● Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends), SEO, and Remarketing is preferred. ● Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. ● Age range: 32 to 46 years old
