Job Description

● Plan and development of overall marketing strategies (budget, competition, opportunities, and market segmentation). ● Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns. ● Create content strategies based on the business objectives, category focus, audience segment through all channels (online, offline, social). ● Build a high-performing marketing team and ensuring effective coordination with other teams. ● Research and development (market, customers, etc). ● Plan for the creation, development, and support of the brand. ● Manage and review the marketing budget. ● Keep updated on market trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements

● Have at least a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. ● At least 5 years of related experience. ● At least 3 years of managerial experience. ● Good knowledge of marketing principles. ●Good knowledge of digital marketing planning and managing. ● Good knowledge of content marketing coordinating. ● Familiar with startup development. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● Be a strategic thinker and problem solver.
