• Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans.
• Organizing, defining, and planning the marketing aims of a company and gathering strategies and tactics to achieve them.
• Developing and managing appropriate channels and partners to meet changing customer needs and business goals.
• Determining activities associated with the purchase, use, and disposal of services, and how the consumer's emotions, attitudes, and preferences affect buying behavior.
• Determining activities that deliver the desired customer experience through effective customer journeys.
• Measuring and controlling the performance of the marketing strategy to achieve maximum return on investment.
• Planning, forecasting, production, and marketing of services, proposition, or portfolio of products, throughout a product lifecycle.

• Integrating marketing communications strategy with business strategy and the use of both physical and digital communications tools in an integrated way.
Requirements
• MBA or Master’s Degree in Statistics/Marketing Management/Economics /Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in marketing as a Manager.
• Good understanding of marketing strategies
• Familiar with PSP (payment service provider) industry or Fintech.
• Strong business judgment backed by analytical mindset and comfort generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses
