Job Description
• Identify, attract, and develop domestic and international clients in the fields of road, air, and sea freight.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and finalize transport contracts in compliance with Incoterms, payment terms, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with operations teams, overseas agents, and carriers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of transport services and follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Generate analytical reports on market trends, competitors, and sales performance to support marketing strategies and increase the company’s market share.

Job Requirements
• Solid understanding of international transport concepts and related regulations across road, air, and sea freight, especially in import/export operations.
• Strong negotiation skills, intercultural communication abilities, and proficiency in writing formal business emails in English.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and transport-related software (e.g., OTMS) for managing customer data and tracking sales and shipment processes.
• A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address logistical and traffic-related challenges in a dynamic market.
