- Planning, organizing, leading and controlling wholesales and marketing activities in garment and clothing industry
- Achieve quantity and financial goals and optimize the sales process
- Developing domestic market share and finding international exporting markets
- Analyzing sales strategies
- Providing Marketing reports and annual budgeting
- Recruiting, scheduling, coaching and managing marketing and sales team
- Managing wholesale goods including control of demands and returned goods

Requirements
- University Qualifications: At least master of sales and marketing, business administration, business management.
- Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years experience as a sales manager in garment and clothing or related industries.
- Specialist knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, ...) expert, fluent in English, strong Marketing analysis, strategic planning skills.
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork, creative, public relation.
