Job Description

● Develop and oversee advertising campaigns, including commercials, billboard, banner, digital, paper, magazine, etc. ● Work with account executives to come up with ad campaigns. ● Select and propose agencies to partner with. ● Approve agency plans. ● Work with sales staff to generate idea for the campaign. ● Develop and maintain the company’s corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage together with PR and outsource creative agency. ● Work closely with graphic designer. ● Providing advertising concept, target insight. ● Present campaigns. ● Identifying the target audience for all products and services. ● Assist with annual budget development. ● Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns. ● Monitor, analyze and provide market review reports including opportunities, SWOT analysis, etc. ● Provide POS materials, promotional items, corporate leaflet/ brochure and any requested advertising media or items including gifts and giveaways. ● Provide monthly evolution report. ● Select, cooperate and coordinate the ATL Medias - Provide and update media and advertising agencies data base. ● Other assigned tasks by Marketing Supervisor. ● Develop and execute the sales promotion campaigns. ● Measure brand image and awareness simultaneously. ● Provide sales kit for each product Reporting to: Marketing manger. ● Desired start date: Immediately.

Requirements

● At least Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Graphics and Management. ● More than 5 years of related experience. ● Work experience in advertising agency is a plus. ● Detail-oriented. ● Creative mind. ● Quick and fast in taking actions and meet the deadlines. ● Good public relations. ● Have presentation and negotiation skills. ● Ability to manage outsource projects.
