Job Description

- Recognizing and defining manufacturing processes - Planning and organizing manufacturing schedules - Assessing subcontractors - Negotiating about budget and time with subcontractors - Determining quality control standards and supervising subcontractors - Following manufacturing processes step by step with subcontractors - Selecting, ordering and purchasing raw materials, standard parts and etc. - Organizing the repair and routine maintenance for production equipment - Inspection, test and dimensional check of materials or products - Preparing instruction for assembly and disassembly works - Performing assembly and disassembly works - Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Requirements

- B.S. or M.S. from well-known universities, in the field of Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field - Familiar with Oil & Gas and power generation industries. - Familiar with rotating equipment ( Turbines, Compressors and Pumps) and related standards. - Familiar with manufacturing processes of parts ( Casings, Blades, Impeller, Bearing, Shaft, Seals and etc. ) - Familiar with API, ISO, ASTM, ASME, DIN and etc. - Familiar with NDT, dimensional check, QC and etc. - Having Project management skills - Having Leadership and interpersonal skills - Having Problem solving skills - Having Communication and negotiation skills - Familiar with Office SW
