Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Guide and manage multi-disciplinary teams to optimize productivity.

• Evaluate and manage projects using ERP systems and other management software.
• Analyze and improve production processes with a focus on ferroalloy manufacturing.

Requirements:

• A degree in Metallurgical Engineering/Materials. 
• Proven experience in top management or executive roles.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in ERP and management software.
• Exceptional strategic planning and project management skills.
• Excellent decision-making abilities, especially in crises.
• Strong negotiation skills and high emotional intelligence.
