Job Description

  • Receiving and coordinating with the declaration of arrival of goods.
  • Calculating demurrage and checking damage to containers.
  • Coordinating domestic transportation and the return of containers.
  • Reviewing and approving shipping documents.
  • Sending and receiving shipping documents from the supplier to the buyer and vice versa.
  • Preparing all required shipping documents in accordance with the request of the shipping company.
  • Preparing relevant reports.
  • Issuing relevant payment order invoices.
  • Attending organizations and agencies as necessary.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse unit and sales unit.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of work experience in a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in commercial and transportation terminology.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office.
