Asabiotech Trading Company, active in the field of pharmaceutical raw materials and medical equipment, is looking for an experienced senior international logistics expert to take responsibility for the coordination of air, sea and land transportation abroad.

The right person will ensure that goods are shipped on time and at the best cost, prepare shipping documents with high precision, and handle customs arrangements.

- Technical and specialized skills
Complete command of spoken and written Istanbul Turkish language
Familiarity with English speaking and writing
International transport management: familiarity with air, sea and land transport, choosing the optimal route and exact timing.
Negotiating with transport companies: the ability to get the best rates and terms of the contract.
Familiarity with customs rules and regulations: carrying out customs coordination in foreign ports and airports.
Management of documents and documents: accurate preparation of bills of lading, invoices, licenses and international transport documents.
Order registration and currency allocation process: full understanding of financial and currency procedures related to import and export.

- Management and analytical skills
Planning and scheduling: the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritize things.
Problem Solving and Decision Making: Ability to find solutions in emergency situations or delays in transportation.
Quality control and accuracy: ensuring the accuracy of documents and reducing operational errors.
Risk management: identifying and reducing possible risks in the supply chain and transportation.

International communication: the ability to interact with foreign companies and colleagues in English and Turkish.
Negotiation and persuasion: the power to bargain for better terms and resolve disputes.
Team work: coordination with different internal (purchasing, financial, warehouse) and external departments.

- Place of work: Tehran- Niavaran, Atlas Mall complex

- Work shift: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 18:00 and Fridays as remote work
