Job Description

  • Develop the market for the company and manage activities within the sales and marketing department.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Plan and design promotional materials.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Participate in forming a high-level road map of brands and communicating the marketing mix.
  • Target setting and supervising the activities of the sales team to achieve the annual sales target.
  • Lead and coach medical representatives and team leaders’ activities
  • Monitor the sales and marketing team members' activities.
  • Monitor pharmacy stocks.
  • Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales and medical challenges in the field.
  • Handle complaints regarding sales.
  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control medical representatives and team leaders.
  • Analyze operational records and reports to the CEO.
  • Determine call plans.
  • Manage and supervise master lists.
  • Monitor sales activities via CRM, double visits, etc.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Veterinary, or Master's degree in Biomedicine Sciences.
  • 10 years of experience in management; more than 10 years of experience in Sales and marketing.
  • Related experience preferably in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
  • Fluent in English, writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and hard worker.
  • Coaching skills.
  • Teamwork spirit.
