Job Description
- Develop the market for the company and manage activities within the sales and marketing department.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Plan and design promotional materials.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Participate in forming a high-level road map of brands and communicating the marketing mix.
- Target setting and supervising the activities of the sales team to achieve the annual sales target.
- Lead and coach medical representatives and team leaders’ activities
- Monitor the sales and marketing team members' activities.
- Monitor pharmacy stocks.
- Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales and medical challenges in the field.
- Handle complaints regarding sales.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control medical representatives and team leaders.
- Analyze operational records and reports to the CEO.
- Determine call plans.
- Manage and supervise master lists.
- Monitor sales activities via CRM, double visits, etc.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Veterinary, or Master's degree in Biomedicine Sciences.
- 10 years of experience in management; more than 10 years of experience in Sales and marketing.
- Related experience preferably in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
- Fluent in English, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and hard worker.
- Coaching skills.
- Teamwork spirit.
