Job Description
-Conclusion and execution of contracts for transportation
-Material handling
-Checking accepted and issued valuables for compliance with shipping documents (quantity, assortment, etc.)
-Interaction with certification bodies, freight forwarding and insurance organizations
-Interaction with customs authorities, customs brokers, preparation of document packages
-Ensuring the transfer of goods from carriers to the warehouse
-Dispatch and forwarding of equipment from the warehouse to the construction site
-Preparation of shipping document for transport companies involved in the transportation and movement of Goods
-Preparation of applications for payment under concluded contracts, presentation of invoices and other payment documents from carriers of Goods for acceptance
-Maintenance of operational accounting and control of the transportation and movement of Goods
-Preparation of proposals and documents for claims against carriers for failure to comply with the terms of concluded contracts for the transportation and movement of Goods
-Liaising and negotiating with suppliers/contractors
-Determination of the need for vehicles for the transportation of Goods in accordance with the project implementation schedule
-Timely submission of applications for the allocation of vehicles in accordance with the schedule
-Analysis and qualification of contractors, assessment of reliability and risk analysis
-Conditions of storage and transportation issues
-Coordination of Lifting operations
