● Design, conduct and organize training program.
● Involve in the creation of content for various types of training.
● Conduct training vendor’s analysis and management.
● Assist in identifying and assessing the training needs.
● Assist in designing annual training calendar.
● Design e-learning courses.
● Provide course materials.
● Render regular training report.
● Assist in the evaluation of training programs.
● Monitor the best practice in the training area and introduce it in the organization.
● Assist in ISO reports, audits, responsible for preparing related documents.
● Assist in implementing IDPs by follow up on required training.
Requirements
● Bachelor of HR Management or any other relevant degrees.
● 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
● Knowledge of new training techniques.
● Good English proficiency.
● Good knowledge of Excel.
