Job Description

The objective of the role: Reviewing and supervising the performance of salespeople and sales processes in chain stores to ensure the implementation of processes following the defined strategies. Responsibilities: ● Participating in the routing of sellers to design routings based on people and declaring to the sellers. ● Inspecting the salespeople's performance to ensure visits based on specified routes and the realization of sales goals by them and performing the appropriate action. ● Inspecting the specified chain stores to ensure the arrangement of shelves and products based on the planogram declared to the team present in the store and performing the appropriate action. ● Inspecting the specified chain stores to ensure the implementation of environmental advertising following the planogram declared to the store and performing the appropriate action. ● Communicating with the relevant stakeholders in chain stores and negotiating and coordinating to solve case issues, follow up and promote sales goals in the store. ● Investigating customer behavior in chain stores, studying their behavior, preparing descriptive reports of customer behavior, and providing sales proposals based on customer behavior in chain stores. ● Reviewing and monitoring the performance of merchandisers and promoters in chain stores to ensure the implementation of the announced requirements. ● Communicating with logistics departments and following up and monitoring possible discrepancies and disruptions to coordinate and resolve issues. ● Investigating, scrutinizing, and finding the root of the issues and problems that occurred in the field of chain sales, including inconsistencies in sales and delivery to stores, to follow up on the solution. ● Preparing the required reports, including sales performance reports and their sales goals and the performance of chain stores, to submit to the management.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree. ● At least three years of work experience. ● Proficient in sales processes. ● Familiarity with SAP-ERP. ● Familiarity with Microsoft Office. ● Getting to know the concepts of market share. ● Responsibility. ● Result-orientation. ● Consumer-oriented. ● Ability to manage people and team building (teamwork). ● Systemic thinking. ● Effective communication.
