Junior HR Generalist:
● Assist with recruiting by scheduling and coordinating onsite interviews and conducting reference and background checks.
● Plan and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition to the organization.
● Act as the primary point of contact for MEIB’s various benefit programs to include
conducting open enrollment, and orientations, and providing day-to-day administration.
● Provide accurate information regarding benefit plans and policies.
● Input and maintain all employee benefits-related information in the appropriate systems.
● Administer various leave of absence programs.
● Explain payroll and time entry policies and procedures to employees.
● Assist with employee relations and Build strong relationships with employees and management within client groups.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related fields.
● 0 to 2 years of human resources administration experience.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and manage administrative tasks.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent customer service and team orientation.
