Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for coordinating all technical activities in MP lines assigned to him/her in order to meet set production targets (KPIs and other internal targets) in line with EHS guidelines and ensuring 6S3R via implementing IWS Standards. Manage continuous improvement activities within the associated product lines. KPI's Responsibility: ● Follow up production performance of assigned M&P Lines. Initiates and realizes necessary actions for achievement of production KPIs. Production Process Responsibility: ● Ensure daily business production activities in assigned machines (QUIP, Rework, standard measurements, prototypes, material trials) and provide necessary reporting and/or documentation. Talent Management Responsibility: ● Responsible for continuous technical knowledge improvement of MP personnel in assigned MP lines and communicating with his/her superior for training needs. Performance Improvement Responsibility: ● Coordinate implementation of technical activities within associated production lines in coordination with given directions by superior. Quality and Yield Improvement Responsibility: ● Participate and leads assigned safety, production performance, NTM, and tobacco yield and quality improvement projects. Organize improvement studies and take corrective actions in order to eliminate repetitive customer complaints. IWS: ● Develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and capability. ● Responsible for the Centerline (Adjustment Centering) and changeover DMSs (Daily Management Systems). ● Attend DDS (Daily Direction Setting) Meetings and spread IWS DDS structure according to deployment plan. ● Coordinate all technical activities in production lines assigned to her/him in line with Environment Health and Safety guidelines and ensure 6S3R standards. ● Sustain production performance of assigned production lines. Initiate and realize necessary actions for the achievement of production KPIs. ● Ensure daily business of the production activities in assigned machines (QUIP, Rework, standard measurements, prototypes, material trials) are done and provide necessary reporting and/or documentation accordingly in line with Zero Loss Mindset. ● Coordinate implementation of technical activities within associated production lines in coordination with given directions by the superior. Other: ● Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request. EHS: Risk Assessment - Understand health and safety aspects of their work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures in order to keep their workplace healthy and safe. Training and Competency - Develop their competency to do the work healthy and safely, participate in health and safety training and receive appropriate health and safety knowledge and required qualifications, observe and follow safety signs, posters, warning signals, and written directions and instructions. Legal and JTI Requirements - Know Legal and JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards and comply with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures. Leadership and Continuous Improvement - Always demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to their supervisor, the report identified unsafe conditions and behaviors to their supervisor, and eliminates them within their authority and ability to do so. IMS - Adhere to all Environment, Health & Safety, Energy and Quality policies, processes, and operating standards by applying and ensuring workplace and other employees are in compliance with norms by local legislation and regulations.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related Engineering fields. ● 4 to 5 years of experience in related fields. Functional Skills: ● Quality management and steering (Operational level). ● Manufacturing performance management. (Advanced level). ● Team management (Advanced level). ● Production planning (Operational level). ● Pest management (Operational level). ● Product knowledge (Advanced level). ● Process knowledge (Advanced level). ● Machine operating knowledge (Basic level). ● Engineering - EHS understanding (Operational lev-el). ● Finance - legal - HR - MAS understanding (Basic level). ● Project management (Basic level).
