Job Description

- Identifying and procuring the hardware and software needed to satisfy user requirements - Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications - Administering ERP and BPMS system of company - Handling Network security (creating the necessary backups) - Administering e-mail and anti-virus systems - Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults - Oversee the daily performance of computer systems - Maintain and records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities - Responsible for creating and maintaining backups Reporting to: IT Manager. Length of Probation Period: 1 month. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9-17:30 PM , Thursday 9- 13:30 PM.

Requirements

- Education: BSc or MSc in computer science or IT - Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience - Familiar with ERP, BPMS, VOIP, VMware ESX and VDI - Fluent in Network, MCSA, Mikrotik and A+ - Fluent in MS Windows Server 2008/2012-2019 Server, Exchange - Effective communication skills - Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment - High intermediate level of English in speaking and writing - Ideal Age Range: 25 – 35 - Preferred Gender: Male
