Job Description

■ Managing IT Projects and tasks for company ■ Managing and Supporting over 500 clients ■ Managing a team of over 5 administrative & technical staff ■ Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies. ■ Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair. ■ Performing routine audits of systems and software. ■ Manage the IT budgets and expenditure on hardware and software. ■ Developing & maintaining the company IT systems, software, and databases. ■ Recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies. ■ Reporting to Managing Director ■ Management of server software and associated backup routines ■ Evaluate, test, advise, train and support I.T. related projects ■ Supervising procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance products & services. ■ Responsible for the recruitment and training of new staff. ■ Writing documentation for ICT procedures, security, and disaster recovery. ■ Maintaining documentation of changes regarding users, functions & systems. ■ Managing the internal & hosted network infrastructure including firewalls, servers, switches, and communication systems. ■ Managing Network & Network Security

Requirements

Sufficient experience of Tia / Eia 942 and Tia / Eia 568,569,606 network standards in passive copper and fiber - proficiency in designing networks based on Cisco CCNP level - Familiar with CISCO switches (layer 2 and 3) - Candidate must know SQL server - proficiency on HP server and storage resources, preferably EMC - proficiency in Microsoft servers - proficiency in video monitoring equipment and surveillance cameras - proficiency on setting up VOIP - proficiency in setting up wireless networks - Experience in implementing data center support projects - Familiarity with establishing web services and SQL databases is an advantage. - Active, Fast Learner, Hard worker, Self-management, reporting, well knowing Network components and tools - Network service management experience like (Active Directory, DNS, and Exchange). - Extensive knowledge of Mikrotik and Cisco Routers and switches + Firewalls. - Mastering on Active and Passive networks equipment - Experienced in managing and maintaining operating servers including Windows Server, IIS, CentOS
