Job Description

Behsa is seeking a highly motivated, responsible, and experienced IT Manager to lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, security, and technology-related projects. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational stability, developing infrastructure, and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
Monitor the performance, availability, and security of IT services and equipment
Support and manage BSS/OSS systems and enterprise services
Collaborate effectively with different departments to address IT-related needs
Lead and execute IT projects while managing incidents and technical issues
Handle crisis management and respond promptly to critical system failures and emergencies
Conduct post-mortem sessions and follow up on corrective action plans
Manage cybersecurity practices, monitoring systems, and access controls
Oversee VoIP services, network operations, and cloud infrastructure
Propose and implement solutions for infrastructure improvement and optimization
Prepare technical documentation, management reports, and IT development plans
Contribute to the implementation of DevOps and CI/CD processes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Information Technology
Previous experience in large organizations, ICT companies, telecom operators, or ISPs is an advantage

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Network and IT Infrastructure concepts
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud Infrastructure
Knowledge of Oracle, Kafka, and Python Stack
Understanding of Cybersecurity and Monitoring concepts
Experience in Incident Management and Troubleshooting during critical situations
Familiarity with OSS/BSS, NFV, and SDN concepts is a plus
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes
