- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
- Coordinate operational activities with external stakeholders
- Translate business developments and objectives to IT improvement opportunities and initiate development projects, based on business needs and be the single point of contact.

Requirements
- Master’ Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in information technology management
- Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology
- Experience in ERP, CRM and other software solutions implementation
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM Concepts and BPMS
- Familiar with network management and configuration
- Strong problem solving and communication skills required
- Outstanding communication skills and strong solution engineering
- Comprehensive understanding of software/hardware
