Job Description

- Proficient in Wireless communication equipment - Monitoring all links via the monitoring tools - IT Expert is responsible to manage day to day end user support related to any IT tools as the first point of escalation for IT infrastructure issues. - Provide on-time, high quality support desk functions upon requests of personnel based on priority - Troubleshooting any software / hardware problems related to the user computers or shared equipment’s like printers, scanners, network adapters, fax machines etc. - Regular check of racks, UPS, internet, LANs and WANs and any IT equipment

Requirements

- Education: B.S on IT or related Computer (or higher) - Expert in Network+, CCNA & Mikrotik Routers - Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience - University degree higher than 14 - Expert in PTP Radio devices, Configuration and troubleshooting - Good troubleshooting - Fluent in English - Ideal Age: 25 – 35 - Knowledge of vendors and suppliers capacity and trends - IT experience with desktop user support
