Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
Maintain and support the network, servers, and hardware/software equipment, including office systems, infrastructure equipment, and office machines
Monitor information security and implement security and backup policies
Provide prompt user support and resolve software and hardware issues across the organization
Document processes, prepare periodic reports, and record and maintain archives
Resolve communication and internal network issues
Update systems and software in accordance with organizational policies
Qualifications:
At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Familiarity and hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls
Familiarity and hands-on experience with routing, switching, and network security solutions
Proficient in passive network infrastructure and network cabling
Familiarity with CCTV systems
Knowledge at the CCNA, Security+, MTCNA, and Microsoft Server level
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues
Responsibility, perseverance, discipline, and orderliness
Ability to work in a team
Ability to guide and train colleagues in IT-related matters
Problem-solving ability, resilience in facing challenges, and analytical thinking
Ability to prepare reports and documentation
Commitment to information confidentiality, acceptance and observance of the organization’s information security policies, and prevention of disclosure
