Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument & Control(I&C) engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for functions test, loop check, and commissioning of centrifugal compressors, lube oil systems, auxiliary systems, and surge protection systems across customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform testing and commissioning of centrifugal compressors, ensuring seamless integration with plant systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lube oil systems, auxiliary systems, and surge protection systems.
Conduct PLC programming, Debug programs, Loop & function tests, and instrument setup.
Provide technical advice and support to clients and on-site teams during all commissioning phases.
Collaborate with customers to ensure project milestones are met while adhering to safety protocols.
Prepare daily technical and activity reports and maintain thorough documentation for each project.
Represent the company professionally, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Train customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance as needed.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Instrumentation & Control Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the oil, gas, petrochemical, or metallurgical industries.
Proven experience working with centrifugal compressors.
Strong understanding of logic diagram documents, instrument datasheets, and PLC programming.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving I&C issues.
Familiarity with industry safety standards and practices.
