Job Description
Digikala is seeking an Inbound and outbound Supervisor to join our Operations department. You will be responsible for overseeing the Day shift operations of our FC team. You will ensure that all Inbound and outbound orders are processed accurately and efficiently and that our customers receive their orders on time.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment. You should have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and manage a team effectively. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
- Ensure that all outbound orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that our customers receive their orders on time.
- Manage and motivate a team of outbound associates.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Preparing planned and analyzed operational data and reports to ascertain the degree of conformity with established policies and work standards.

Requirements
As an inbound and outbound supervisor at Digikala in the operations department, you will be responsible for leading a team of FC associates to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
