Job Description
- Frequent audit, monitoring, and gap closure based on GMP and hygiene requirements.
- Follow and analyze microbiological parameters based on company and Iran regulations.
- Monitor personal hygiene related to product quality and management of training in the whole factory.
- Supervise inbound material from a hygiene point of view.
- Supervise and implement GMP requirements in WH.
- Pest management.
- Analytical review and gap closure for micro-related issues.
- Enzyme requirement monitoring and internal audit and external audit management.
- Implement GLP requirements in microbiology labs.
- Follow accredited lab requirements in the laboratory.
Requirements
- Full comprehension of GMP and hygiene requirements in detergent industries' production lines.
- Familiar and professional in the HACCP concept in detergent industries.
- Ability to analyze micro contamination-related findings and implement the best improvement plan in place.
- Engineering experience and vision on the detergent and personal care products production process.
- Familiar with ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001).
- Master's degree in Microbiology.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the production industry.
- Communication skills.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Risk management skills.
- Familiar with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Good knowledge of English (active speaking level).
