Requirements:

  • At least an Associate's degree (preferably a Bachelor's degree) in Human Capital Management, Organizational Administration, or other majors.
  • At least 2 years of progressive experience in human resources.
  • Prioritize individuals with candidates who have industry experience.
  • Smooth language expression ability.
  • Proficient in Human Capital Management Systems, Organizational Administration Protocols, Labor Law & Contract Law Compliance Frameworks.
  • Practical experience in human resources recruitment and the ability to execute tasks effectively.
  • Familiar with structured interviews, semi-structured interviews, situational interviews, etc., in recruitment work.
  • High-performance work ethic with analytical rigor and stress adaptability.
  • Fit in the company's values.
  • A certain ability to withstand pressure.
  • Strong sense of teamwork.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analysis and judgment ability.
