Requirements


● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management.
● Proficient in the principles and rules of human resources.
● Three to seven years of relevant work experience.
● Proficient in competency-based recruiting, hiring, and interviewing methods.
● Ability to communicate effectively with employees and capable of promoting organizational values and culture and creating a dynamic and attractive environment for employees.
● Ability to attract and communicate with skilled and talented personnel through social media (especially LinkedIn).
● Ability to formulate and hold training programs, promotion, and development of human resources.
● Ability to manage and adjust human resources budget.
● Familiar with the design of organizational processes related to the field of human resources. ● Ability to solve problems.
● Ability to negotiate.
● Proficient with the principles of feedback to employees.
