This position is responsible for the development and integration of human resources programs.
Role description:
● Effective management and delivery of a professional HR service which promotes cultural values, support business objectives and ensures excellence through people-focused policies and best practice.
● Responsible for the implementation of a Human Resource strategy that supports people to meet current and future business demands and needs, and reflects best practices, deliver strategic aims, vision, and values.
● Develop the company’s journey of cultural transformation to ensure the organization achieves high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
● Provide a “right first time”, seamless, customer-focused HR and ER service to managers and staff throughout the complete employees' lifecycle.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree ideally in Management, industrial engineering, Business Administration, or any other related fields.
● At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
● Experienced in designing and delivering a clear, progressive HR and ER solution.
● Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to convince and negotiate.
● Track record of leading the delivery of HR functions to a high standard.
● Excellent problem solver.
● Pro-active, self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
● Excellent skills in English.
