● Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs.
● Design and implementation of a performance appraisal system based on key performance indicators.
● Manage and support the recruitment process.
● Create job descriptions, job classifications and job requirements system with office leaders.
● Design and implement corporate policies that promote a healthy work environment.
● Discuss employee career development paths with managers.
● Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rate and cost per person).
● Design and monitor of organizational structure and chart.
● Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
● Evaluate contract and follow up training and development plans.
● Identify and design succession and development plan for employees.
● Organize all personnel administration affairs adoring labor law. Such as contracts in insurance and etc.
● Check administrative budgets.
Requirements
● 10 years of work experience in a related field and 5 years of management experience in the field of human resources.
● People with experience in the field of human resources in distribution companies have priority.
● Full understanding of labor law.
● Familiarity with strategic management topics.
● Ability to strengthen healthy employee relationships.

● Full knowledge of Office software (ICDL).
