- Developing and administering human resources plans
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
- Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
- Creating and revising job descriptions
- Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
- Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies
- Maintaining company organizational charts
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in related field and position
-Masters in management, MBA (HR, Strategy)
- Mastery in analyzing and developing organizational chart
- Mastery in business process analyzing
- Ability to hiring negotiation and HR maintenance
- Good communication
- Fluent in English language
