- Affiliation and participation in determining the organization's quality policy
- Moving towards quality policy and quality goals of the organization
- Preparation of standard educational forms according to the occupations defined in the organizational chart
- Collaboration with other managers in defining and implementing executive procedures and guidelines for quality management in their areas of activity.
- Collaboration with other managers in the effective implementation of procedures and quality management system guidelines in their areas of activity.
- Cooperation with unit managers in the form of a survey of managers to complete the training needs and provide each person's educational background
- Collaboration with other managers to provide a list of training courses and prioritize courses
- Provide an annual training plan for prioritizing curricula
- Announce the time, date, place and teacher of the courses to the units
- Collect the participant's survey forms and the course evaluation form by the professor to better organize the next courses.
- Provide end-of-term certificates for people who have earned the grade specified by the professor.
- In case of the need to hold an external training course, the centers will be evaluated and awarded if the desired period is awarded.
- Hold records of the training held for each individual in the educational record of the individual
- Completion and examination of the forms of training effectiveness

Requirements
- Ability to organize, co-ordinate, supervise and direct the affairs and staff working in the administrative unit
