Requirements
- Ability to organize, co-ordinate, supervise and direct the affairs and staff working in the administrative unit
- Familiarity with the recruitment and recruiting methods of manpower performance
- Full familiarity with the methods of managing office affairs
- Having creativity, initiative and power in making decisions in examining issues and providing training for employees
- Ability to provide suggestions in designing appropriate policies and policies of the organizational unit
- Familiarity with the system of suggestions and employee participation
- Familiarity with problem-solving methods, organization of work environment
