Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in HR and 5 years as HR Manager
- Advanced in Legal issues, labor laws and insurance regulations
- Advanced in Industrial/ Organizational psychology
- Familiar with Organizational Change Management for re-engineering and institution a new department
- Professional in communication skills
- Advanced Computer literacy and Microsoft office
- Professional knowledge of all HR areas (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading
- Strong Leadership skills, able to motivate and train others
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
