Job Description

- Development modification and upgrading work processes with participation of managers and initiative and creativity in career - Vacancy analysis, human resource planning, and job classification, selection of qualified application and monitoring the education of new employees - Human resources development and involve the company’s employees to develop their talents and skills - Identify training needs and implement training programs - Seeking material and spiritual needs and satisfaction of personnel so that the necessary alignment between their personal goals and objectives are met - Develop and manage human resources (HR) planning, policies, and strategies - Compensation, benefits and rewarding - Performance appraisal - Talent Management - Monitor daily HR tasks & issues

Requirements

- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related field - At least 10 years of experience in HR and 5 years as HR Manager - Advanced in Legal issues, labor laws and insurance regulations - Advanced in Industrial/ Organizational psychology - Familiar with Organizational Change Management for re-engineering and institution a new department - Professional in communication skills - Advanced Computer literacy and Microsoft office - Professional knowledge of all HR areas (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading - Strong Leadership skills, able to motivate and train others - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
