Objective: Following up all human resources related activities Main responsibilities : - Effective and convincing negotiation with addressed people - Preparing Numeric reports - Controlling Payroll systems - Personnel performance assessment Reporting to : General Manager

Requirements

University qualifications : Related studies in top or reputable universities Previous experience : Minimum 5 years of experience as Human Resources Manager or Expert Specialist knowledge : - Familiar with Iranian Labor Law - Familiar with motivating payroll systems - Dominant in Office tools - Dominant in Internet Search Other Skills : Strong Communications, Good Negotiator Ideal Age Range : Minimum: 35
