Responsibilities:

  • Supports the talent management lifecycle for the PERSOL Group, including succession planning, performance management, and career development. This involves assessing leadership bench strength, facilitating talent reviews, developing internal candidates, evaluating leaders for promotion readiness, and designing training/development plans.
  • Serves as an internal HR consultant, partnering with leadership to drive organizational change initiatives by assessing and shaping company culture.
  • Oversees the performance management process end-to-end, providing guidance on effective performance reviews and ensuring consistency in the appraisal system.
  • Works closely with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate the employee selection process.
  • Participates in strategic business planning by identifying skill and headcount requirements, aligning HR strategies and programs to business objectives, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Acts as a liaison between associates, management, and various HR functions (payroll, benefits, compensation, etc.).
  • Ensures clear and effective communication of corporate policies and best practices to all employees.
  • Advises management on salary administration and benefits programs.
  • Manages complex or specialized HR projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborates with Employee Relations to proactively address recurring associate issues.
  • Coaches leaders in skill development to enhance their management capabilities.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR management experience, with comprehensive knowledge across the HR spectrum.
  • Prior management experience is required.
  • Proven planning, organizing, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical, assessment, and program execution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Current PHRi or SPHRi certification is preferred.
