Job Description

• Plan annual activities in the long run and create KPIs for enterprise occupations
• Plan for newcomer orientation and socialization.
• Feasibility study for holding training courses, designing training courses, time planning, teaching methods, measuring effectiveness
• Recognize recruiting resources, resume rankings, indicators and test methods, and their assessment in interviews and written tests, interviewing and negotiation techniques, and control perceived errors in selection.
• Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate methods and techniques for promoting, compensating, evaluating, and training personnel.
