Job Description

  • Develop/maintain a general recruitment policy for the company.
  • Interview potential candidates to assess their skills and qualifications (competency-based interviews).
  • Identify training needs for the employees and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Develop and execute a lifecycle approach to HR programs such as performance management, compensation cycles, and talent management by assessing organizational performance, defining talent gaps, and proposing solutions in support of business objectives.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Design and supervise the processes of recruitment, training, development, retention, and maintenance of employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of combined managerial experience in an HR business partner role and a related HR role such as talent management, leadership development, program management, talent acquisition, or compensation.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in MS Office.
