Requirements
● Ability to lead and develop a team of HR associates in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
● Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
● Successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
● Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation.
● Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
● Ability to analyze data, prepare analytical reports, and work with related graphs.
