● Develop human resources processes, procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
● Implement processes for attracting, hiring, and employing human capital and maintaining human capital.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
● Familiarity with compiling documents and human resource processes.
Introduction to BPMS Business Process Management System.
● Familiarity with the requirements of ISO 9001 standard.
● Familiarity with the principles of HRM human resource management.
● At least two to three years of work experience in the main processes of human resources in a specialized way.
