Job Description

This job position is responsible for performing executive actions related to human resources processes such as recruitment, training, content preparation, and creative implementation of events in the field of human resources. The main tasks ● Provide creative content in the field of human resources to be used in communication channels and social networks such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and etc. ● Create creative campaigns on social media to increase and attract the attention of the audience. ● Hold appropriate, social, and team-building events in the field of human resources and prepare the necessary content, and review the effectiveness of these events. ● Hold a variety of programs to encourage employees to share ideas and increase creativity. ● Continuous assessment and analysis of the employer brand and provide the necessary suggestions for its continuous improvement. ● Review of various employment channels, including social networks, introduction, and any other innovative channel in order to prepare a dashboard of potential candidates in each of the specialties required by the company. ● Review employment resumes and strengthens long-term relationships with candidates who have come in the past and potential candidates. ● Make the necessary arrangements during the interview in order to enhance the experience of the candidates. ● Prepare information dashboard from the results of interviews. ● Hold the required employment tests in each job. ● Carry out coordination and executive measures regarding the socialization of new partners and ensure the availability of the required facilities. ● Make the necessary arrangements regarding the holding of training courses. ● Identify different training courses tailored to each of the competencies required in each job. ● Identify conferences and job-related events and coordinate for the participation of organizational partners. ● Implementing a training course and reviewing the effectiveness of the courses. ● Carry out executive actions in the field of human resources according to the annual plan.

Requirements

● Have stress management skills, creativity, problem-solving ability, and good public relations. ● Responsible, accurate, reliable, motivated, and energetic. ● Interested in learning and professional development. ● Have high verbal and writing skills. ● Fluent in social networking platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and etc. ● Familiar with the concepts of branding. ● Capable of using Photoshop and MS Office.
